If you are trying to loss 100 pounds this may have a very positive effect on your kidneys, when a person is carrying too much of the very negative inflammatory fat on the body the organs are put under extreme distress. The kidneys are responsible for a tremendous amount of filtering of waste in your body. The food processing  today is not as it was 40 years ago,  to go back further, what is contained in the foods today would have been outlawed in the 1950’s.  The government  has sold out the people to the food makers.
